Mustard & Dill Salmon
Ingredients
Salmon
1 tbsp fresh dill
1 tbsp whole grain mustard
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 tbsp avocado oil
Salt & pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix together dill, whole grain mustard, lemon juice, avocado oil, salt & pepper. Spread evenly over salmon filet.
Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes until cooked through. Note that larger pieces of salmon will need longer cooking time. Enjoy!
