Mustard & Dill Salmon

 
 

Ingredients

  • Salmon

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill

  • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

  • 2 tbsp avocado oil

  • Salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Mix together dill, whole grain mustard, lemon juice, avocado oil, salt & pepper. Spread evenly over salmon filet.

  3. Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes until cooked through. Note that larger pieces of salmon will need longer cooking time. Enjoy!
