How do virtual appointments work?
Virtual appointments take place through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. You will receive a link for you appointment via email.
Do you take insurance?
We are currently out-of-network providers but can provide you with an itemized receipt to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card, debit card, and PayPal. You can also use your Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account for payment.
What can I expect from the initial consultation?
The initial consultation is a complete lifestyle and nutrition assessment. This is typically done in the first visit, but may require additional sessions to fully complete depending on your history. We will work together to develop a personalized nutrition plan and you will leave the session with 2-3 nutrition goals to work on until your follow-up visit.
How often do we meet?
We meet with our clients weekly, every 2-3 weeks, and monthly depending on your nutrition needs. We recommend working together for a minimum of 3 months to see lasting changes
Do you offer support in between sessions?
My clients have access to an app called Nourishly to help track intake in between sessions, if appropriate. I also offer unlimited email support and messaging through the Nourishly app.
