I offer a 60 minute initial consultation, which involves a complete lifestyle and nutrition assessment. We will be working together to develop a personalized nutrition plan and set realistic goals.

Follow-up Appointments

I offer 45 minute follow-up sessions where we address progress towards goals, discuss successes, identify and work through any barriers, continue nutrition education, and create new goals or adjust the plan if needed.

I use the app Nourishly to provide support to clients in between sessions. It is not a requirement to use this app but it can provide more accountability and support.
