We offer a 60 minute initial consultation, which involves a complete lifestyle and nutrition assessment. We will be working together to develop a personalized nutrition plan and set realistic goals.

6 Visit Follow-up Package

We offer a package of 6 follow-up visits that can be used after your initial consultation.

Follow-up Appointments

We offer 45 minute follow-up sessions where we address progress towards goals, discuss successes, identify and work through any barriers, continue nutrition education, and create new goals or adjust the plan if needed.

App Based Support

We currently use the app Nourishly to provide support to clients in between sessions. It is not a requirement to use this app but it can provide more accountability and support.
