Turkey Meatballs

 
 

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground turkey

  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 medium yellow onion, finely diced

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/3 cup parsley, chopped

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 3 tbsp avocado oil

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and roll into 2 inch meatballs.

  2. Lay them out on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until cooked to internal temperature of 165°F.
