Turkey Meatballs
Ingredients
2 lb ground turkey
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1/2 medium yellow onion, finely diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup parsley, chopped
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp avocado oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients and roll into 2 inch meatballs.
Lay them out on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until cooked to internal temperature of 165°F.
