Fish Taco Bowl

 
 

Ingredients

  • Tilapia

  • Black beans

  • Rice

  • Cabbage, shredded

  • Carrots, shredded

  • Guacamole

  • Pico de gallo

  • Seasonings: onion, garlic, taco seasoning, lime, cilantro

Directions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.

  2. Drain and rinse black beans.

  3. Pickle shredded cabbage and carrots in lime juice and set aside.

  4. Season both sides of fish with taco seasoning. Heat skillet over medium heat and spray with avocado oil. Pan fry fish for 3-5 minutes each side until cooked through.

  5. Make bowl with rice, black beans, fish, cabbage slaw, guacamole, pico de gallo, and fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
