Air Fryer Tandoori Chicken
Ingredients
5 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/3 cup plain yogurt or plain Greek yogurt
4 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 lemon (juice)
Pita bread
Tomato
Red onion
Sauce for pita: 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp sriracha.
Directions
Combine the chicken with yogurt, garlic, cumin, garam masala, turmeric, chili powder, salt, and juice from 1 lemon. Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Air fry the chicken at 400°F for about 13-14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
To assemble the pita, add sliced chicken, sliced tomato, sliced red onion and sauce. Could also add lettuce and sliced cucumber for extra vegetables!
