Oatmeal Bake
Ingredients
3 cups rolled oats
1 3/4 cups milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
2 eggs
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup avocado oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients and pour into a 9x6” or 9x9” baking pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Topping suggestions: Fruit, Greek yogurt, sliced nuts, hemp seeds
