Oatmeal Bake

 
 

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats

  • 1 3/4 cups milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup avocado oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp baking powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Mix all ingredients and pour into a 9x6” or 9x9” baking pan.

  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Topping suggestions: Fruit, Greek yogurt, sliced nuts, hemp seeds
