Banana Bread

 
 

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

  • 3/4 cup almond milk (plain, unsweetened)

  • 1/4 cup avocado oil

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Mash bananas in a large bowl and mix in eggs, coconut sugar, almond milk, avocado oil, and vanilla extra.

  2. Add dry ingredients- whole wheat flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, walnuts, and chocolate chips.

  3. Bake at 350°F for 45-55 minutes.
