Banana Bread
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup coconut sugar
3/4 cup almond milk (plain, unsweetened)
1/4 cup avocado oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup almond flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
Mash bananas in a large bowl and mix in eggs, coconut sugar, almond milk, avocado oil, and vanilla extra.
Add dry ingredients- whole wheat flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, walnuts, and chocolate chips.
Bake at 350°F for 45-55 minutes.
