Blueberry Hemp Seed Toast

 
 

Ingredients

  • 1-2 slices of whole grain toast

  • 1-2 tbsp peanut or almond butter

  • Handful of fresh blueberries

  • 1-2 tbsp hemp seeds

Nutritional Tip: When choosing breads, look for whole grains that contain at least 3g of protein and 2g of fiber per slice. Also, be mindful of added sugars.
