Lime Crema

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt

• Juice from 1/2 lime

• Zest from 1 lime

• 3-4 tbsp water

• Salt to taste

This sauce goes great with tacos, nachos, burritos, burrito bowls, and soups!
