Fish Tacos
Ingredients
Flour or corn tortillas
2 tilapia filets
1/2 cup flour
1 egg
1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
1/2 cup panko
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp chili powder (omit if you don’t want them to be spicy)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Topping suggestions: Lettuce, radish, pico de gallo, pickled onions, sour cream, fresh lime juice
Directions
Heat air fryer to 375°F
Place flour in a shallow dish. Mix breadcrumbs, panko, and spices together in another shallow dish. Beat egg into a shallow bowl.
Coat tilapia in flour, then egg mixture, then coat with bread crumb mixture.
Once coated, spray with with avocado oil and place in air fryer basket. Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Place fish in tortillas and top with lettuce, radish, pickled onions, pico de gallo, sour cream, and fresh lime juice!
Tip: Can also use 1 packet taco seasoning instead of the individual spices for a quicker preparation.
