Avocado Toast with Fried Egg
Ingredients
Whole wheat toast
Avocado
Fried egg
Salt
Optional: lemon, red chili flakes
Directions
Start by mashing the avocado, add salt, lemon juice, and crushed red pepper to taste. Fry the egg. Add mashed avocado and fried egg to toast.
Tip: look for 100% whole wheat toast that has at least 2g of fiber and 3g of protein per serving. Try to find bread with < 2g of sugar per serving.
