Avocado Toast with Fried Egg

 
 

Ingredients

  • Whole wheat toast

  • Avocado

  • Fried egg

  • Salt

  • Optional: lemon, red chili flakes

Directions

  • Start by mashing the avocado, add salt, lemon juice, and crushed red pepper to taste. Fry the egg. Add mashed avocado and fried egg to toast.

Tip: look for 100% whole wheat toast that has at least 2g of fiber and 3g of protein per serving. Try to find bread with < 2g of sugar per serving.
