  • 1 cup ice

  • 1/2 cup milk or unsweetened non-dairy milk

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup plain dry oatmeal

  • 2 dates (optional for sweetness)

  • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
