Vanilla Almond Granola
Ingredients
3 cups rolled oats
2 cups sliced almonds
1/3 cup avocado oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Combine all ingredients and spread out evenly on baking sheet.
Bake at 300°F for 35-40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Let granola cool then store in an airtight container for about 3 weeks.
