Vanilla Almond Granola

 
 

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats

  • 2 cups sliced almonds

  • 1/3 cup avocado oil

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp almond extract

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.

  2. Combine all ingredients and spread out evenly on baking sheet.

  3. Bake at 300°F for 35-40 minutes, stirring halfway through.

  4. Let granola cool then store in an airtight container for about 3 weeks.
